I wrecked my 2010 Chrysler 300. I have been thru a recent divorce and my credit is horrible. I travel for my sales job about 60k a year and needed a reliable car. I didn't think I was going to be able to accomplish it until I went to Courtesy. They changed all of that!! I bought a 2012 Nissan Altima with 17k miles....loaded. Thank you Courtesy!!! ..I own a business that requires my constant presence 7 days a week and Gillon & Joe Campagna knew from the start that I had NO intentions of spending several hours in a car dealership just to purchase a car and they adapted well to my demanding personality!! LOL I had already looked at dealerships in my area to get a feel for what kind of car I wanted and what I wanted to pay. I went ONLINE to look in the Quad Cities, which is an hour away from where I reside, and started browsing around @ dealerships. I decided that I would send my info to a couple of them via their websites and the FIRST dealership to respond was where I was going to buy my car....Courtesy won the contest!! Overall experience was excellent, Joe is very nice & so is the rest of the staff that I dealt with.... I have already told a few friends who are in the market for a new vehicle to head to Courtesy!!!

"Excellent Buying Experience"

This was a great buying experience. I was there from start to finish for about 2 hours, including test driving 2 vehicles. They had what I wanted in stock and made recommendations based on what I had asked for. I used the Internet to make initial contact, and the Internet liaison, Gillon, was very helpful and made the process much smoother. I am thrilled with my new Nissan Rogue and with Courtesy!!

"Great- Not all the back and forth we all dread"

Was up front about where I wanted to be, what I wanted in a new Pathfinder. Salesman found the car I wanted and definitely limited all the back and forth, a little but not much. Able to work much of the deal in advance and was in and out at purchase. Looking back, dreaded looking for a new car but actually can say I painless.

"Unbelievable! "

I really had not planned on trading my car, I only went to look at the new Kia Sorento SX. Under no preassure to buy I looked them over, took it for a test drive. the rest is history. Easy,Easy,Easy, no haggles no fuss, no muss. Everything went very smooth, and I was out of there is 2 hours!! No spending the day at the dealer. Steve Paytash was great, and Rich Beam explained all the financing thoroughly.

"More than I expected"

I searched new and used cars on the Courtesy website and Martin R called me within hours of doing so to set up a time to come in for a visit. He told me that they had several cars within my budget and to come take a look that night. I went in to Courtesy ... only to LOOK at new and used cars. I did NOT expect to drive off the dealership lot with exactly the car I was looking for - the same night! I was met at the door by Brian Cochuyt - a salesman at Courtesy. He was VERY helpful and knowledgeable of the cars I was looking at ... I had a strict price line I needed to be at and wanted to get the best deal on the car I wanted. Brian went as far as to LOWER my monthly payment by $50 and put me in a brand new car!! I also dealt with John Robbers in Finance - he was very informative and made sure I completely understood all of my paperwork. Also, a BIG shout out to Theron and Doug B for their help in the purchase of my new 2011 Kia Optima!! I would strongly recommend anyone going to Courtesy Car City for your next vehicle purchase!!
